What we collect

When you write to us through the form on this site, we receive your name, your email address, and whatever you tell us about your trip. If you send us a review, we receive your name, the country you gave, a star rating and your review text.

What we do with it

We use it to answer you and to plan the tour you asked about. That is all. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone who is not directly involved in running your tour — which may include a restaurant, a dojo or a brewery we book on your behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for three years so that we can pick up a conversation if you come back. Published reviews stay until you ask us to remove them.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If we enable website analytics, it is configured to anonymise IP addresses.

Your rights

Write to us at the address on the contact page and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
