お支払い方法 Payment methods: クレジットカード
ご予約内容を確認のうえ、請求書（インボイス）をメールでお送りします。記載のリンクからお支払いください。
お支払い時期 Payment timing: 催行前のお支払い（前払い）です。お支払いが完了した時点でご予約が確定します。
サービスの提供時期 Service delivery: ご予約時に確定した日時に催行します。
キャンセル・返金 Cancellation and refunds: 下記「キャンセルポリシー」のとおりです。
動作環境 System requirements: 本サイトのご利用にあたり、特別な動作環境は必要ありません。

キャンセルポリシーCancellation policy

お客様のご都合でキャンセルされる場合の取り扱いは下記のとおりです。取消の時期は、当社がキャンセルのご連絡を受領した日時（日本時間）で判断します。

If you cancel, the terms below apply. The time of cancellation is when we receive your notice, in Japan Standard Time.

取消のご連絡をいただいた日When you cancel	取消料Charge
ツアー開始の24時間前まで（侍・舞妓以外） Up to 24 hours before the start (all tours except the samurai and maiko experiences)	無料（お支払い額から決済手数料を差し引いて返金します） Free. We refund the amount paid, less the card processing fee.
ツアー開始の24時間前を過ぎてから・無連絡不参加（侍・舞妓以外） Less than 24 hours before, or no-show (all tours except the samurai and maiko experiences)	100%（返金はありません） No refund.
催行日の1週間前まで（侍の剣術体験・舞妓の体験） Up to one week before (samurai sword lesson and maiko experience)	無料（お支払い額から決済手数料を差し引いて返金します） Free. We refund the amount paid, less the card processing fee.
催行日の1週間前を過ぎてから・無連絡不参加（侍の剣術体験・舞妓の体験） Less than one week before, or no-show (samurai sword lesson and maiko experience)	100%（返金はありません） No refund.

Viator・byFood・GetYourGuide などの予約サイトを通じてご予約いただいた場合は、各サイトのキャンセル規定が適用されます。 If you booked through a booking site such as Viator, byFood or GetYourGuide, that site's cancellation policy applies.
当社の都合により催行を中止した場合は、お支払いいただいた金額を全額返金します。 If we cancel a tour, we refund everything you have paid.
荒天・災害・交通機関の停止など、当社の責によらない事由により当社が催行を中止した場合は、別日程への振替、または全額返金（決済手数料を含みます）のいずれかをお選びいただけます。 If we cancel because of weather, disaster, transport disruption or other causes beyond our control, you can choose a new date or a full refund, including the card processing fee.
ツアーを予定どおり催行し、お客様のご判断で参加を見送られる場合は、上記の通常の取消料が適用されます。 If the tour runs as planned and you decide not to join, the usual cancellation terms above apply.
